Default Radiator Install

So I ordered a Mishimoto raditor and other misc. parts for when I get home. I am wondering how much fluid I will need and what kind is preferred. Also, is there any secret to draining the system before I just go pull a hose and get smothered in glycol? And to finish off my list of noobish questions, how to I bleed the system for air bubbles? This will be my first time trying this and I would hate to screw it up. thanks in advance and my apologies for the noob question. And no, the search button has not alluded me.

Cheers

Pick up 2 gallons of Honda Coolant just to be safe. Drain the radiator (obvious) and there is also a coolant drain bolt on the engine block, next to the oil filter. It may lower the amount of coolant spilled.

As for bleeding, there are two bleed valves, one is near the valve cover on the intake side, a little round screw with a hole in the middle, and the other is on the rear firewall held on with a rubber cap and clamp. I was successful with just using the one on the valve cover. Turn the heat to high BEFORE you start draining/filling the coolant!

just turn the power on and run the heat. You can then turn the power back off. That just opens the coolant passage to the cabin, a lot of times if the heat if off, you'll end up getting an air bubble in the system when you finally do turn on the heat and everything is connected.
