Default radiator hose not getting hot after new radiator

Hey guys, I just swapped out my original radiator for a koyo radiator. After everything back together the lower radiator hose isn't getting hot at all. Also only half the radiator(the side where the upper radiator hose is at) gets hot. I tested to see if the radiator was some what operable by pouring some distilled water into it, the after did come out the lower part. I did not replace the fan switch nor did I replace the thermostat yet.

Haven't done it properly yet, only lifted the front to bleed it but nothing was bleeding so I stopped. Does not bleeding it properly really stop the coolant from going to the bottom hose? I'll look into the procedures to bleed the system hopefully tomorrow if I have time. If anyone knows the procedures and can post before I find them would be great!

Dont follow that link, you will only overheat the car a second time. changing the radiator has already defeated the purpose of changing it.

Search for my bleed procedure.
