So I'm stuck on the side of the road and before that my EBrake light comes on and battery light as well.. Then radiator fluid starts seeping out from the hood and onto the windshield..

What is this?

Had to happen on a Friday night.. Just wanted to get some input before I tow through AAA

Edit: looks like radiator issues.. I have 4 bars (first time) on the heat gauge.

Would adding radiator fluid fix this? I have about a gallon at home.

Check your radiator cap, it's either not tight or the seal has been compromised. Worse case, the radiator plastic end tank may have cracked.

Yup.. Small hole in the radiator plastic end tank..

Can I just duct tape that puppy up for now? I'm about 30 miles from home.

No, the radiator is pressurized. JB weld can be a quick fix. The quick version cures in <10 minutes

JB weld didn't work out for me.. i sealed the tank really thick with it and let it set for 15 mins first and when i drove it for 2-3 minutes, the seal blew..

then i re-sealed it thicker and let it set for 1 hr.. unfortunately, it blew after i hit the freeway and there was a bigger hole in the tank.. i think the key is to let it cure (which is about 4-6 hrs).. but i didn't have all that time..

Luckily i found a honda dealer that had a tank..
