Quiet Rattle from passenger side rear
When i have the top up and driving i can hear a quiet rattle that sounds like it coming from the rear passenger side? Could be something loose? Not quite sure what it is??

it could possibly be the passenger seat itself, or could be the seat belt. go drive and listen for the noise, then try holding back the passenger seat. i figured it's just one of those quirks that come with the car.

Buckle the passenger seat belt, hold the seat, and drive the car. If you still hear it, then check with what xviper suggested.
On second thought, it may be the gnomes working on the car, though they are only supposed to be working at night and when the car is stationary. I wonder why they would be out.

Also check:
Trunk springs rattling against each other (check by feeling in there with trunk nearly closed)
Rear sway bar end links worn or not torqued properly
Spring perch rubber cushions worn out resulting in metal on metal contact between spring and perch (mine were worn through at 30k miles!)
Let us know what you find.
