quick screech at startup ?

It's been replaced along with the tensioner.

Glad I saw this thread. Always wondered what it was, but was convinced it was one of my aftermarket pulleys. Thanks guys

Wow - this is why I love y'all! After 14 years my car just started doing this last week (getting cold in TX). I'll try my best to ignore it....but will also keep my eye out for anyone that fixes it.
