2200 lbs is about right for an NA Miata, not an S2000.
S2000 total weight is quite variable as it depends on how much you weigh, how much fuel is in the car and what other stuff you're carrying. My autocross-ready AP1 weighed 2750 with the spare and tool tray removed, and corrected for fuel load. The car weighed about 20 lbs less when the OEM muffler was replaced with a Mugen.
Did you know that the cargo capacity rating on the S2000 is only 400 lbs? That's two healthy-sized guys and not much more!
