The VTEC name has nothing to do with technology, and doesn't have a "-" or "k" in it. It stands for Variable valve Timing and Electronic lift Control.

It is next to the headlight fluid filler just below the torque converter...careful though...if you bend the hose that goes to the torque converter radiator then clouds of white smoke will come out the exhaust and you will have to reset the PU35 Modulator.
