it doesnt sound like the battery is dying though. It turns fine, but wont turn over.

If it will crank and everything else is fine, it will start. At -38*C, my car barely cranks, but it will fire as long as it can get a couple of compression strokes in.
You must now look at ignition or fuel. Perhaps your immobilizer has stopped recognizing the key? Your symptoms seem quite similar to the fuel pump being ignored. When you put the key in and turn it to ON, do you hear the fuel pump energize?
Could it possibly be flooded due to some weird way that it was recently shut off? Does it even try to fire (like an ocassional "bark")? If so, it could be flooded, in which case, pedal to the metal as you crank.

I hear the fuel pump. I have a walbro in there right now. Had a few ignition problems in the past, could be that. Just changed the coil packs a few months back, so I doubt it could be that.
