Question on starting my car.
Hey guys, so this has been bugging me alot for a while, I just didn't know if it wasn't normal or not but I guess I'll find out now.
In my 00 S2K, everytime I go to start it, if I push the clutch in all the way like I did in my previous cars and push the start button, the car usually does nothing. I mean nothing at all. What I have to do is let go of the clutch about a millimeter and then press the button and that works everytime. Am I just pushing the clutch in too far or is there something wrong? Thanks!

Any ideas as to what it could be? I thought it would have something to do with the switch, I just don't know how to get to it or what to do once I get to it...

Slide the driverseat back all the way and look up under the dash, behind the exposed fuse panel. You will need a light to see up there. You will see the top of the clutch pedal up there. Push the pedal in with your hand and see where the switch is making contact.
