question reguarding Hesitation w/ vortech?

I know mine is running rich. I can't wait until my harness finally arrives so I can get to the dyno.....I know it can set up much better than whatever it's running at w/no tuning. I didn't notice the very slight stumble until it was mid 70's outside. Do you think the warmer temps combined with running rich at lower RPM's could be the culprit?
