I'd clean everything off 1st, with non-cholinated brake cleaner. Make sure the entire surface is oil free. Then get some spray on foot powder and spray every seam from the girdle and timing chain case. Start up the engine and look for where to oil starts to show 1st on the powder.

I'd be more suspicious of the oil feed hose for the SC, the VTEC solenoid bolts being loose or broken or the timing chain case seal being the cause than the girdle.
Update: Checked the oil feed connections for s/c, vtech solenoid seems fine, and can't seem to see timing chain case (although this has never been removed and it doesn't seem to be in the direction of the dripping oil.

We did do a thorough cleaning with brake cleaner prior to doing the test drive and the area that first showed oil was that seal above the girdle.

I believe my next step is just going to be finding a shop to undertake the removing and repairing the girdle and oil pan, if that requires to remove the engine so be, but I will let that be there call. Most important thing is that it gets done right. This just seems to be a continueing saga with the incompetence of South Florida Performance, the installers of the s/c. Funny how they are no longer in business. Live and learn!!

Thanks for the help guys!

If the engine has to be removed to perform this procedure, may as well install a brand new clutch.
I was thinking the same thing. Even contemplating the idea of going back to N/A. Even though there are no problems with the s/c, just have a bad taste in my mouth. Beside since I don't do AutoX or track events anymore, I don't really have the need for all that power.

Has anybody heard anything good or bad about that new S2ki sponsor's shop in Virginia. I will see if I can find their link.
