ouch.......I would not bend the or reposition the lines ya have already installed. I would map out what ya want to do and get new ones made. Anytype of curve structure tube under the hood can be mapped out with a flexible french curve.....You can buy these in art supply stores... map out what ya want to do and get it made.....Ya might be able to bend the existing ones....but i would be afraid..... i guess it depends on how much of a bend ...but i would make new ones...those tubes are pretty rigid i would think any rebending would not turn out to well! Just my 2 cents......Lets us know what happens!

Does anyone have any experience in fabricating new AC hard lines or have an opnion on how hard it would be...not for me of course, a really good mechanic or specialist? If new ones were made, the new pipe could just bolt right on to where the stock ones connect to.

This is really pretty basic stuff for a tube bending house (or AC repair shop). Forget the french curve, you'ld then have to transfer to paper. If you really want to do this remove the tube assembly you want to replace. The take a piece of mild steel wire and make a pattern of what you need bent. Take the original and the pattern to a tube bender. Have a tube bent. Then go to the welder (or brazer) and have them install a compatible B-Nut onto the tube.
