Default Question about Koni shock and firmness.

Well once i get my shocks installed i was wondering how much i should make the shocks "firm". The shocks come with a adjustment dial that lets to make it more firm or less firm. Since this is my first RWD car i was wondering if the fronts should be more firm then the rears ? i want the ride to be pretty firm. For RWD cars it is better to have the fronts stiffer then the rears?
