Q on lowering on stock shocks
For all of you that lowered your S2000 with springs on stock shocks...did you cut the bump stop? If so, how much did you cut it down to and how it the ride? (Please state the spring you are using too.)
For those who did not cut the bump stop, do you feel the car floats sometimes?
Thank you for your input in advance.

here is a link to an old thread...
if you read it you see that some one lowered there car and the stock shocks where good, but after 8 months they went bad.

I put my GF210 and Koni shocks in this weekend....they feel a little softer (normal driving conditions), but I have the shocks set on the softest setting, I have to find a tool to use because I am unable to adjust the rear driver side shock. (stupid convertible motor in the way).
When I get on it, the set up right now feels about the same as stock....and my springs only lowered it ~1inch...but they have not settled yet.
oh after anybody lowers their car.......don't take a 200lb+ passanger in the car

Ill get some pics soon...., just gotta figure out how to post them too ..
I been having too much fun adjusting the shocks and driving in the canyons the past 2 days.
I also solved the problem of not being able to adjust the driver side rear shock, by buying a small adjustable wrench at Sears.
When are you going to put in your springs?
