Putting on wheel locks

Default Putting on wheel locks

one of the bolts out when the car sits on the ground?

No need to jack the car, just take off one lug and swap it out with the lock.

just double check the torque a second time after the initial installation, maybe 30 miles later or the next day to make sure they are snug - 80 ft lbs.

And since you got the torque wrench out (you are using a torque wrench right?), re-torque the the other lugs while you're at it.
