put on head, now no spark

I am interested in this aswell. Since replacing my head the brake light has been on and I am having issues with some electrical components. It will dip to 12.4-12.5 volts at idle and the battery is brand new.

Did you disconnect the battery during the repair? Are the cables connected to the correct poles?

And you're sure the battery has a good charge...did you try hooking up a booster or jump it.

timing was off by about 2 teeth, i realigned it but still the coil pack isnt sparking at all. fuses are good, ground is good, i checked the injectors and theyre good.

i checked the positive for the crank position sensor and it didnt have it so i jumped it just to start it, it idled fine and the check engine light came on which said crank position sensor. also the car didnt go past 3k. as soon as i erased the code the car turned off. im desperate please guys i need any suggestions you have.

damn, 1st time s2ki has let me down guess im towing it to honda and knowing them ill end paying another grand for this.

take it to a reputable independent mechanic, not the dealiership

well if the code says crank position sensor then fix that

is it normal for this to just go out randomly? it was working perfectly fine before i took the head off.

and how do i 'fix' the crankshaft position sensor?
