Prototype S2000 Header from Rick's
Update: dyno results are in!
We have been working with a company for some time. We set out with a number of goals.
Well this is what we ended up with. I know we hit three of the four and we will know about the fourth after a dnyo session or two. Comments? Questions?
Weight: 12.8 lbs
Well we finally got this Dnyo'ed on the Dec 30th. Here is the results.
We got an increase in HP in the lower and mid range with the largest improvement 6hp at 6200 rpm. With a max HP loss of 3hp at the top end. As you can see from the Dyno plot it start out strong and trails off at 7600. Torque was up as well, all along the same curve as the HP.
I would say it plots out just about like the Mugen header.

- Lose weight
- Maintain Stock heat shields
- Add power (or at least not loss any)
- Retail it for less then $800.00

Welds look very nice - if they can keep the quality up, and the flanges don't crack, and we see a few ponies, you will have a winner. (We just want it all, you know that). But I like seeing US mfr's undercutting the Japanese tuners and their yen for high prices.
