Default Pronounced Differential Engagement?

Since this feeling is still fresh in my mind. I felt it was best to ask now.

During low speed shifts I can feel the diff engage and subtly jerk the car into motion (I hope that makes sense lol). It does not effect
performance however I was wondering if it could potentially promote wear & tear in the long run? I am lowered on KW V3's.

Would this be something that half shaft spacers/diff collars fix? CV bucket swap?

Thanks!

it's probably not the diff. it's probably the wear in your axles. If you climb under the car and rotate the wheels, you'll see all the play in the rear driveline.

@mLeach: Thanks for this. I will definitely inspect the car this weekend. I suspected it was related to this. How
is this issue resolved? Do I have to replace my rear axles?
