I had the same problem too. Do what Kwando said, that's what worked for me. I didn't even get a replacement tool from the vendor (They wanted $20 for the tool).

Update:
I finally got the two stripped lug nuts off!!!
I broke two sockets in the process and had to purchase some "stripped Nut removal" tools at Sears!!!
I'll go see the dealer where I purchased them tomorrow and see what they have to say!!

the kyokugen's might not be as strong as the factory lugs, that's why you have to be extra careful when torque-ing them down. If you go any more than factory spec, you'll strip the key and lugs. It's not hard to just torque them right. I've had my set for over a year now, and pulled the wheels off and put them on at least 30 times and I have no problems. I don't let anyone else torque the wheels except myself, so that's probably why they have lasted. On the other hand, let a tire shop or even the dealer torque them down to 150lbs with their air tools and then you'll be having problems.

Good point about over torque-ing!
I'm pretty sure I over torqued them. (I now have a new torque wrench!)
However, the mfg. is aware that some of the keys were not to spec and,
as a result were stripping the nuts.
Proof to that is the fact that the two nuts I tried to remove with the original
defective key were the only two I could not remove with the replacement key!!
The dealer where I purchased them, Dynamic Autosport in Irvine, had no problem
taking them back. In fact, they're ordering a set of Volk nuts for me!!
I was amazed at how much lighter the Volk nuts are compared to the "light weight"
Kyokugen nuts. The Volk's must be half the weight!!!

The Volk's come in black, blue & red.
However, Frank at Dynamic Autosports showed me some others
from another mfg. that came in different colors.
The catalog shows a price of $136 for the set!!!

Well, this is an interesting thread. I'm also running the Kyokugen lugs on my CE28Ns, primarily because Dave at R&D couldn't get the Rays/Volk lugs when I got my wheels. So far, so good. But I have noticed the key deforming and I've ordered the "new improved" replacement key. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and get a set of Spoon or Rays lugs. Even though I'm careful to torque to 80lbs, I don't like the idea of stripping a lug unexpectedly.
