Problem with jdm engine swap?

it started but then 5 sec it turned off. the car runs fine with the usdm ecu but theres no vtec and it cel comes on

Did you swap out the vtec assembly?

i just swaped vtec solenoid could that be it

Are you using the one with one or 2 plugs?

What ECU are you currently running?

If you are using the jdm ecu use the one plug assembly, if you are using the usdm ecu use the 2 plug assembly

jdm has more compression and a little more power. However this seems like a major pita. good luck with the swap.

i jsut did the swap. got mine from hmotors

udsm ecu
usdm solenoid AND usdm engine/wiring harness

no problems.
