Problem with Air conditioning? Not getting Cold
I noticed a couple of month ago the a/c wasn't getting as cold as it used to, I didn't think much because it was winter. Now its summer i use the a/c more often and its not getting hot, but before it wouldn't get cold till i drove around awhile; but now nothing but hot air. So today when and thought Id add fre'on (however you spell it) and on the gauge it was in the yellow which meant not to put anymore in and seek professional help. So i wanted to know maybe what it was or if i should take it to a shop?

You should have taken it to a shop before adding any freon. Chances are you overcharged a system that had nothing wrong with it.
I look at 3-5 cars a week that people complain the AC doesn't work well. They have nothing wrong with them, It's just 95-100 degrees outside, and the interior of the car is 150 from sitting outside.

oo man...
let me tell u something, this is not a luxury car, this is a true small sport roadster. especially with our black top, it's never get's cool like all other cars.
but try when is 80 degree out thier, u will feel kinda chill if u close ur windows and top up coldest mod of AC.

I wouldn't leave it alone since it is bad for the system to run too much (or not enough) freon.
In order to diagnose A/C problems, you must use special tools and gauges (with correct knowledge). I suggest that you take it to an A/C specialty shop and have them figure out what's wrong. If outlet (vent) temperatures are correct, there is nothing wrong with the system.
Based on your description, the decrease in cooling could be anything, ranging from what Slows2k said about it just being hot out, to a real problem. When A/C systems don't work well anymore, it can be due to wrong freon levels or malfunctions of other components like compressors, evaporators or thermostats. Have the shop diagnose the problem and then make decisions based on that information.

I noticed that it only blows cold air when you're moving. when you're standing still, the cold air gets a little warmer. I'm just thinking the belt plays a big role, but i could be wrong. maybe it's not even belt driven.
