Hi I got me a PRM intake for 00-05 so therefore with the MY06, it didn't have the extra bung for the Air Temp Sensor, Gerry from PRM said just weld a new bung on, of which I did. Problem is now the Malfunction Indicator Lamp comes on and stays on at the dash. So my question is has anyone else have this type of experience and how did they fix it.
Most that are using the PRM intake all have AP1's, there seems as though there are no AP2's with PRM intake, so can anyone with an AP2 in particular MY06 shed some light on my problem, if you are using the PRM intake..
If anyone has done the same modification I would especially welcome your input.
Also important to note that I have an Australian MY 06 which is an AP1 but with all the AP2 additions plus DBW & VSA.
cheers.

Make sure the sensor is plugged in correctly then disconnect the battery by taking the neutral off waiting 10 minutes and then reconnecting the battery and start the car up.
This happened to me when I was NA, I tried this and the problem went.

Know anyone with a code reader? Here in the US, our auto parts stores will run and clear a code for us. Make sure you reconnected all the vacuum lines that were with the stock airbox also.
