Default previous owner welded bolts to strut!

What can I do about this? WHy? Soooo f'n pissed right now.

wonder why he did that...well, you can cut the welds

or, just cut the hole bolt, stud...either way you need a die grinder with cutting blade

I wonder why the previous owner did that? has anyone else seen this before?


So you are saying cut them out? Take it to a welding shop?

All you need is some type of grinding tool...they are about $50 at the hardware stores...

I think what the guy was mentioning is that you could try to simply grind away the welds. Is it both front and back? I personally have never seen or heard of this before...but theres is always one person that will screw something up.

It's normal for the the bottom strut bolt-nut to be welded to the strut housing...is this what you're seeing?
