If you're getting an ap1 flywheel you'll need an AP1 slave, or you'll need to remove the clutch delay valve in your AP2 slave.

Ok, I was seeing a few sources that lined up the OEM parts number with Nachi as the manufacturer but wasn't sure. Eases my mind.
I thought some people kept the CDV with the AP1 flywheel anyway. I can remove the valve from my AP2 slave cylinder since I don't think the AP1 slave fits without grinding some stuff down, but didn't think it was a requirement. Does it lead to issues with a lighter flywheel? Excessive slipping? I thought about keeping CDV with the AP1 flywheel for a second to see how it felt then making a decision to remove the CDV if it gets in my way.

That's more or less what I thought. I didn't think stock power could cause much issue, and I'm rarely even into vtec range outside of the mountain passes, so CDV shouldn't register, right? Could be useful at the start. Lower redline and current 22 pound flywheel habits probably mean I'm at higher risk for messy shifting for a second while I get used to it. I'm still getting used to actually having stock power after fixing my compression loss and intake problems lol.
