Follow the maintenance schedule in your owners manual. As long as you have kept up with proper maintenance, 100k shouldn't be an issue. I would suggest you get a valve adjustment, compression test, and full car inspection done (if they aren't already mentioned in the manual).
Enjoy her for another 100k as well =D. I am at 95k and I did the VA and full car inspection at 93k. Just need to do a coolant flush and I am good to go besides normal maintenance.

Without knowing what has been done in the past it hard to be exact, but the main things would be sparkplugs, valve adjustment, and engine coolant. I would flush the brake fluid and clutch fluid, and re-grease the shifter. If things like the diff fluid, tranny fluid, and pcv valve are old I would change them too but they should have been done on a regular basis up to this point in time. Check the brake pads and rotors, accessory belt, and clutch rod freeplay.

I would do the replacement of intake valve spring retainers if not already done. I hope to do mine this Saturday. I would not trust anyone to just inspect retainers and adjust valves. I would want to DIY or to find someone that you trust to replace the retainers and save the old ones so you can see what you had.
I just got my s2000 and it is going to hit 100k miles soon.
I know it depends on engine hp and how you drive but clutch may soon be a question in your mind. For me I dont know how the owner before drove the car so, soon I'm gonna change clutch and starter just for hell of it.
As stated above owners manual is good place to start.
