If your going from lowered to Oem height, you added + camber. This gives the look of a large gap at the fender. When you get the alignment, everything will look normal again. Clocking the bushings is good for their longevity but I don't think there is enough strength in the bushings to change the ride height significantly unless maybe you intentionally clocked them extremely wrong.

Extremely wrong as in jacking up the car a foot off the jack stand, or not at all? If so I think I'll be fine, and thanks for the reply.
