I dont know if this might effect it at all but I noticed the S in your sig and it looks slammed so with that said, would that possibly mess with the geometry of your suspension. I'm not pointing to that as the issue because some other members chimed in as well stating they have this problem. Maybe your car being so low has something to do with it? I would take it to a reputable alignment tech and ask. I have gotten BS answers to problems from one tech but then had the problem resolved by another tech who is more experienced. A second opinion always helps

Don (bserious) and TJ (silentdancer) are lower than me and dont have this problem. Its the powersteering rack motor. i dont want to say its failing but its twitching in a way.

i wonder if it's the whole steering rack or just the torque sensor. If its the torque sensor, can it alone be change or the whole rack must be changed? Again this only happens on start up, once moving its stiff again.

mi having this same problem as well. if i put down power, the car seems unsettled and wanders around. hard to keep it in a straight line.
