Air pump code does not affect the cars performance In any way. Scan it first, look for another code.
If you can't tell the difference between an engine that lacks power or a slipping clutch it will be very hard for anyone here to help you including myself.

well honestly I really cant feel that my clutch is slipping, it is some kind of a power loss.

65 km/h in 6th is.. 2200 rpm?
Does this mean you can not go over 2200 rpm in any gear?
Or does the engine rev up to redline in 1st for example?
And how? Smooth?
It's not that you're driving in 1st all the time.. are you?
There are 7 gears in your gearbox, 6 forwards and 1 reverse.

I can do redline.
its just that the instance that I can feel power loss in my ap1 is when I already reach 65kmh-80kmh on any gear.
No sir , I use all the 7 gears on my box.

a follow up question:
when a car is on limp mode, do vtec still work?
cause even though I can feel a power loss on my car I still can hit 6.xxx rpm with vtec.
so if the answer is no, I think my car is on limp mode.

changed our spark plugs and i think your ecu or a wire got messed up
and to your question if your in "limp" mode i dont think you should be able to hit vtec..
i dont remenber where i heard that tho...

oil levels all good and such?? Fuel good etc?
You'll know if it's clutch slip as in like 2nd try and floor it and see if engine RPM differs with vehicle speed... if so, clutch issue.
If engine freely goes above and into vtec point, there are no noises from gearbox or differential (even though probably let you go up to speed) then it will be electronics. Since you say that the vehicle is swapped from RHD to LHD then I am guessing something has been done behind the gauge or something electrical and makes the ECU kick in limp mode. (Kinda like the natural vehicle limiter from japan that you have to over ride to get the full speed)...
Unsure how to remedy this, if it is indeed the actual issue, other than checking fuses, ensuring things are plugged in and the rest... unplug battery for 15 mins, re-attach and see if throws code again?

All your symptoms point to a clogged cat converter.
Runs good when cold, gets worse when warmed up.
The only way to diagnose is to remove/unscrew the front o2 sensor, tie it up (leave it plugged in), and drive it.
if your power returns, your cat converter is junk.
Do what I say and I can assure you your car will be fixed!

will try that as soon as possible.
can you please give me a step by step procedure for these?
honestly I'm a dummy with this car... if this one is a civic with a b-series engine then i'll be having no problems at all.
