Post TSB54 (gear noise) fix
Hi,
This is just a quick survey......
I had the 2nd gear grind TSB completed last year. It fixed the problem. Then last month, I had the TSB54 completed. It fixed the rattle but now the 2nd gear grind is back!
Anyone else experience the same problem?

I had the grind come back after the TSB, but certainly not as bad. Mine were both done at the same time.
The clutch TSB Should not have anything to do with the grind, but not impossible.
Possibly the original clutch was slipping and the new syncros didnt need to slow down the mainshaft as much at high RPM?!
