I drove around all winter without my abs fuse, the 30 Amp one, and I had no problems. I even had to initiate some hard stops from other retarded drivers with no lock up. If you find a cure I would love to know. I've checked everything like you, pads, rotors, cleaned each sensor, replaced a caliper, and bled the system..... Still acted up. I got annoyed and pulled the fuse. So I'm also waiting for the time/money to have a pro check her out and see what the heck is going on!!

I'm not the OP but I'm having an identical problem. I put my abs fuse back in after replacing 2 calipers and it's still making that weird "grind" between 5-8 mph. With the window down I also noticed a "pshh" sound from the driver's side under the hood at the same time it does the "grind". At hard breaking, ABS still pulses as normal. I'm having a friend ship me an ABS module today that I'm going to try and see if maybe a piston in the ABS unit is frozen or stuck. I'll update with results.

Any updates? I'm having the same problem... Also, if I go faster than 100-110mph, the ABS light turns on and the ABS is disabled.
