Default Ports on engine block

Just out of curiousity i was wondering what is the function of each of the ports on the engine block. Reason I ask is because I have a slight scratch on #1 to the coolant jacket and was wondering what I can do to prevent any sort of problems. It is the one where the dowel pin goes into. Plus I was just generally curious. I know 1-10 is where the studs go into, is there any flow of oil/coolant below the studs?

The green holes are where the head bolts go, there is no flow of fluids around the head bolt holes, they are dry

11, 12, 14, 15, 16 are oil drain holes. They let oil flow from the head back down to the pan.

13 supplies the head with pressurized oil.. makes the tensioner work, makes vtec work and supplies the cams with oil.

I appreciate the help! So worst case scenario that small scratch in the corner might leak coolant into the head studs home. No biggy then. As long as the oil and coolant dont make milk ill be happy. I should take it out and machine the top the of the block but it seems like an incredible amount of work. Ill take the risk. Thanks for the help again!
