My '01 would grind if I shifted very quickly.

The differential broke at 24k miles. Then, the tranny started howling at around 26k miles and it has been since replaced. Both repairs performed under warranty.

It doesn't grind anymore with the new tranny!

The poll doesn't account for MY2003 but I have yet to experience 2nd gear grind in the 1000K miles I've logged so far.

once every 2 weeks, is that considered "frequently"? Cuz I voted for rarely. I think there should be a never grinds and a rarely grinds choice.

aaahhhh, once every two weeks is frequently in my book (once or twice ever would be rarely, IMHO)

for the purposes of the survey, i don't think once every two weeks is "frequently," assuming you drive the car two or three times a day.

..... what? So you're categorizing once every two weeks as "never grinds or grinds VERY rarely" ? Do you work for Honda or something?
You've drawn the line of acceptability between the two categories so I can only assume you think "once every two week" is acceptable. You need to raise your standards, quick!
