I need to access a hex bolt way in the back of my M119 V8 Mercedes engine, and there's no way I can reach the bolt w/ regular tools. I'm told I need something like this, pictured inside the red circle. What is it called and is it $$ ??

That is a 3/8" universal joint, or Swivel. You can get them anywhere ools are sold (sears, most autoparts stores. I would guess less than $20
