Default plz help in diagnosting this sound on start up

At first I thought it might be the starter grinding issue, but this sound different, it sounds like the TCT. It usually happens after the car has been off for about 1-2 hours. I havent noticed it on morning start ups. Also I have the Billman TCT. What you guys think?

I did this after the car was off for about 1-2 hours. So I guess this would be Hot start.

It resembles TCT noise, but its hard to tell.

Take another sound clip from inside the car.

Both doors closed.

Both windows open.

hood closed.
