Could be injectors. But, I am pretty sure you would get a misfire code(I just fixed this issue)
I had misfires on all cylinders, but the car would run fine, just rough down low.

I'm surprised you aren't getting a more definite CEL code as these cars seem to pop one up for any and everything.
I would also look for a loose harness ground.

Before that I did plugs, and cleaned and checked everything else.
