So I picked up my clutch from Honda broke it in about 800 miles and it was good for another 2 weeks, smooth as butter.
Then I realized it started to stiff up and the engagement point is pretty low and thats where its most stiff. Another issue was that the clutch would be smooth as butter when I get in as it warms up then starts to feel harder and harder driving through the city. Also it would be stiff from driving on the city then as soon as I get on the highway for about 10 miles going around 80 it would feel smooth again as its suppose too.
PLEASE HELP THIS HAS BEEN A MAJOR PAIN IN MY CULO

800 miles is about 795 miles to many to break in a clutch.
Clutch break in takes 40 easy starts from a dead stop. THAT IS IT. This can be done with some local driving in 5 miles. Miles dont break in a clutch.
Low engagement is air in the clutch fluid due to lack of replacement.
The stiffness is lack of grease, or if the pp was reused it is packed with clutch debris.

I wouldn't expect anything more from a Honda dealer.
You paid good money, go back and demand they fix it. Have them drive it and replicate the problem. The issue, I assure you, is in the install.
I guarantee my clutch jobs for 100k miles, get it together Honda.

Billman is spot on.
If it's not air in the system or part of a faulty clutch install, your symptoms sound exactly like mine when I had a lack of grease and some malformed metal on my cylinder rod (I simply sanded it down, re-greased, and re-bled the clutch w/ Billmans gravity bleed instructions).
This DIY fixed my symptoms, however:

Sure did paid $1300 to not have this pain but damn Honda has freaking let me down and will never go to them again. I have taken the car twice to them and they say nothing is wrong with it. I guarantee the two times I took my car they just had it sitting and they didnt do

Be careful assuming that price and brand mean anything. Not all Honda dealer service centers are the same. Price is just price. If you need to find a good, reputable shop then ask for recommendations in your regional subforum.

Well Honda is suppose to do a good job and if they dont you can go and tell them all the things you want and they will at least work with you while other local shops wont if something goes wrong. Im just trying to get as much info as possible to take to Honda and my car wont be leaving until my clutch feels absolutely perfect

I don't know where the OP is, but there's Billman on the east coast and there's a handful of reputable shops on the west coast. I avoid most Honda dealers, though I found one local to me that has a mechanic that has been doing s2000 work for years. You should get to know the service reps and see who knows what.
So do what we said: replace the clutch fluid with Honda dot3, make sure no air is in the lines, and get the regrease/nipple-sanding DIY done.
