Have you tried the patented "map whack"?

I had been getting those codes for the past month or so, popping up every other day or so. I did the map whack on Sunday, and so far so good (fingers crossed). Car seems to be dealing with stop-and-go idling traffic much better.

Injectors are my vote. I had those codes. Cleaned IAC and replaced MAP, but replacing injectors is what did it for me.

Well it is 230am, i am not sober, and my fuel rail is all apart and im cleaning my injectors... wheeee

(btw, knock sensor replaced earlier today - still getting 300, 302, 1399)

Update: Hey... this isn't so bad and im really getting rid of a lot of built up crap... also something was up with my fuel damper mini-screw (fixed now) the one under the plastic cap was off completely.

if the car starts when i put her back together ill do a write up with pics.

Update2: Now the car has a smooth idle, seems like more power off the line, and NO CODES SO FAR!!!!! I will report back tomorrow after some extensive driving around town.
