if anyone can tell me or give me a number i can call to answer my turbo problems....i got my S turbo charged last week...it was running great for two days but now it doesnt read the boost and it lags bad when it hits V-Tech...it even overheated today...

Rob i think you find more help in this forum if you stated what your setup is. IE brand of kit, custom, UR, SC, or otherwise. Also state more detailed information on that problem. Do you have bigger injectors, are you using VAFC or other management, spark plugs, Map sensor clamping method. What type of boost guage are you using where it is hooked up, what boost controller are you using, are you sure the lag is at vtec or is it when you hit boost, wastegate brand, settings of your management, and what you hypothesize what the problem might be if you can, and any other variable you think might contribute to your problem you are experiencing.

Check all your hoses, you may have had a flexible hose blow off one of the pipes. Also check all the vacuum lines.

Also, check for bubbles in the radiator filler. You have have toasted the head gasket.

Take it back to the installer if it was only installed a week ago.

A couple of things Rob,

First don't drive the car if you don't have to, it sounds like a coupler is not fully attached between one or more of your charge pipes.

So when you are driving, and give it gas, the car will boost to 0 PSI and the turbo will just sound like its spinning but you aren't gaining any speed or power.

As for the overheating, check your coolant levels and I'm not sure if one is available on the S2000, but if there is a bleeder screw for the coolant use it and bleed with your engine running at idle, with the heater on and at MAX hot. As squeeze the upper and lower radiator hoses when you are bleeding.

If your kit was installed by a shop, take it (or tow it) back to them and have them fix the problems.

thanks guys for all the tips... i did all those things and also found out that i need the map sensor voltage clamp from comptech to solve my lack of power problem...
