Don't do it! I've had the Bosch platinum +4 on my 00 Civic Si and 90 Accord and they caused bogging off the line in both cars. I even had a standard Bosch platinum plug on some other cars and everytime, it would cause bogging. Soon as I swapped them out for the OEM plugs, no bogging.
The 2k Civic Si B16a is sorta like the F20c with the high redline (8k, 1k short of our motors) and VTEC changeover at 5-6k rpms, so I would expect that the plugs would cause similar behavior to my Si with the bogging.

I used these spark plugs in my MY00 pretty much stock s2k, and it is still causing misfiring and low idle.
Yeah, bosch _4 ftmfl. Never trusting bosch again after those plugs

I used to run cheap Bosch single-electrode platinum plugs in my Integra, never once had a problem. They were like $3/each but weren't gapped. I bought the gapping tool for like $3.

^I havent had problems with the single tip eithier..but after this gimmicky +4 bullsh*t, I dont trust the entire company. NGK or AC/delco (american car) ftw.
I ran NGK coppers in my camaro. Smooth idle, but it would foul up fast..had to change it every few oil changes..probably because the camaro had leaky rings or something. =P

There was a rash of defects with the original bosch plat that soured a lot of folks. The +4 is just a gap gimmick. The NGK/Denso iridium is much better, and the actual specification for the car.

Think about the mechanics (physics) behind this +4 gimmik: Spark will only jump to 1 electrode, since electricity will take the path of least resistance. If it _does_ split into 2 or more sparks, then they're going to be 2, or 3 times weaker, respectively, simply because the coil puts out so much energy per firing.
so unless you upgrade to like NGK or Moroso or MSD ignition, you're not gaining, and possibly even losing.
That exact reason might be why these ppl experienced bogging at low RPM.
