Plastic cap on fuel rail?

Plastic cap on fuel rail?
I have searched for a couple hours on this with no luck. A few months ago I took my AP1 (MY00) to a shop to get some work done. The shop forgot to tighten the screw underneath the plastic cap circled below. Upon removing the plastic cap, the screw just bounced off somewhere in my engine bay and now I need a replacement.
I think I've finally located the part on Majestic Honda's part finder (under Intake Manifold). However, the part that I need (#57) is not listed as available for purchase. Also, the plastic cap is not found in the diagram or the list.
Summary: Where can I purchase part #57 in diagram below + plastic cap (not listed anywhere)?
Also, I can't seem to find any consistent info about this screeching noise that sounds like a starter sticking for MY00. Should I be concerned? Thanks for your help.

That's the fuel pulsation damper, number one in this diagram http://www.hondapartsnow.com/parts-l...fuel-pipe.html

FWIW you are not supposed to touch the screw in the pulsation dampener, do not loosen or tighten it, there is no procedure that requires one to touch that screw. The dampener threads on and off the fuel rail, and that is it.

Am I crazy for thinking that my gas mileage has dropped as a result of this screw? It is connected to the fuel system afterall..
