Pic's of Baldwin, Honda and Napa Oil Filters
I got a Honda(Thanks MiCRon 08) and Napa(Thanks JoelCool) filters along with my Baldwin filter. Took them apart to see the difference there is between the three. Like they say "A picture is worth a thousand words"

If you want to use the Baldwin filter, you have two to choose from the B7042(with a 14# by-pass) and the B202(with a 20# by-pass)

So if "A picture is worth a thousand words" I see a big ass filter next to a medium size one and another that is smaller than that. So... cool? Im pretty sure the Honda filter is great for daily use .

Just like I'm sure that the car is fine just the way Honda made it, so we don't need this or any forum on how or if you want to modify your car. Just go to Honda for all your car needs.

It came off of a C/R and I think it was its first oil change, but I will ask MiCRon 08 to make sure. One thing on the Honda oil filter, I could not find any p/n on it and I thought that was a little strange. But that Honda filter is larger than the one on my sons '09 Civic.

Cindy and I will try to make it to Milpitas(not this Friday) so I will P/M you when we can make it and I'll pick it up at the meet. I like to look at all my vehicles(motorcycle's to) filters to see if I can do better than the factory. Most of the time I can.

How did the Baldwins canister thickness compare with the Honda? I've got a Longarc filter cutter and it is significantly harder to get through the Honda filter than the Wix and Fram filters I've opened.
