No I don't think an aftermarket exhaust would heat up your gas much more than stock, at least not if it's routed in the same way which pretty much all are

I was talking about the handle from the gas station pump, when your tank is "full" the handle clicks and stops pumping so it wont overflow.
But if you wait a few moments you can ad some more gas, this would be bad for your EVAP canister.
