2000 sk2 w/61,000 miles

I have a new issue as of about a week ago. I pulled out of my driveway and attempted to roll the windows down. My passenger side window would not go down. I first checked the passenger side on/off switch and it was on. I thought hum weird, I wonder if it will go down when I drop the top. I then found the top would not work either. I have searched the forum up and down and did find someone with the exact same problem but after 2 pages of dialog he never stated that he found the problem. I have checked the driver side and passenger side switched to make sure nothing is loose. I checked the fuses under the driver side dash and installed new ones. I also verified that the parking brake switch is working. Its very odd but if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.......

Where are the relay's for the windows. I was trying to figure that out but didnt have much success. Thanks for the suggestion.
