Default PASSENGER SEAT IS LOSE?

Every time I hit a bump in the road my pass seat rattles!
I looked over at it and its the back of the seat...i can see it moving back and forth.
the car is a 2000 and only has 19k on it.

could this be a result from Autocrossing?
anyone else have this and how would you fix this?
Thanks

Umm, tighten it? There's 4 bolts that hold your seats in. Thieves can have your seats out in 2 minutes, no reason you can't tighten them down quicker than that.

this happens to me too. if it's the same as mine, the problem is not that the seat is loose. just adjust the seat forward so that it's not touching the plastic behind it. when you go over bumps and stuff, the plastic on the back of the saet rubs behind the seat and makes those noises because there's no passenger holding it in place. when a passenger is in it, it shouldn't be a problem though.

it;s not the mount, it is the reclining mechanism
