Default Parts needed for changing out the Clutch?

I have never had to change out the clutch on a car before, So I need to know what all parts need to be changed when I change out the clutch.

Flywheel, pressure plate, friction disk, throw out bearing, pilot bearing.

You dont need a flywheel. Your oem flywheel might be fine. You can also have your oem flywheel resurfaced if its glazed over.

But you def, need a pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing.

I suggest get the flywheel anyways (lightened one or something) just because you will not want to take that thing apart in the nearest future after you done with it

If you have any plans to run a lighter flywheel I prefer to change it out when I do the clutch. bjonesz28 is correect tho that you can reuse it as well tho.

dont forget your clutch alignment tool!

you dont wanna have to take the clutch off again after finding the tranny doesnt line up

I don't know about clutch alignment but if you want to save yourself time and effort, get the splined transmission alignment tool. The're cheap and worth price paid.
Edit- Yeah you need this tool to line up the clutch disk also. It can be done without the tool but could wind up as in effort in futility and frustration. Spend a few bucks and get one.

What is the difference between throw out bearings? Honda = $120, Centerforce = $55, others = ?
