well i gonna get my head done by joe since i miss shift and over rev darn now i gotta figure out what else would i need to have my car running cherry again. SS valves from joe...My question is would i also need new valve springs,retainers...can someone help i need to figure all this out..

Talk to Joe. I think the ti retainers are a necessity.

Joe will check all the bits 'n pieces of the valve train to make sure they are still within spec and make a recommendation to you. If you just slightly bent a valve, you probably don't need anything except for a new valve and maybe some seat work. Just ask Joe, he'll give you an honest suggestion, he's not looking for anyones $$$.
