Not necessarily all the parts... depending on age, it may also be a good idea to replae the output shaft seals as well as the shims (may be needed for proper contact pattern).
I'll edit in a minute with all the p/ns.

41271-PCZ-003 PIECE, DISTANCE (#10)
MUST be replaced when replacing the pinion.
41360-PCZ-003 SHIM SET (#11)
MAY need to be purchased to get the proper pinion contact with the ring. These change the distance the pinion extends into the case which in turn affects where the pinion teeth contact the ring teeth laterally (and depth some).
91202-PCZ-003 OIL SEAL (#32)
MAY need to be purchased if your S2k has a lot of miles on it, lives in a sandy environment, or they are damaged during output shaft removal. I have had good luck cleaning these and regreasing them.
90402-PCZ-003 GASKET (#25)
90401-PCZ-003 GASKET (#24)
Oil fill/drain crush washers MUST be replaced. You WILL leak if it is not.
All bearings can USUALLY be safely reused if not damaged during removal. They should be replaced on high mileage, abused, or damaged units.
90183-S2A-000 BOLT, SOCKET (8x65) (#5)
Are designated as "replace" in the Honda manual. I can tell you that it is a good idea since I have had to cut more than one of these off of a higher-mileage car now. They don't go in with much torque, but the mother#$%!ers sure to set in tight with age. That or the Honda tech on the line putting in the driveshaft really wanted to piss off this roundeye.
I hereby suggest to Rick and anyone else providing install kits that they consider including some of these parts, or at least stocking them for next-day shipments... almost NONE of these are kept in stock at dealers.
