part that attaches oil cooler to block
The threads in the block are stripped that connect to the stock oil cooler/ oil filter. I am curious if this is a replacement piece and if so how to remove it and what the part may be called whne ordering a new one. Thanks.

I believe you need part number 11, which goes for $11 or so
If the engine block is stripped, then your on your own ...

That may be the piece. I am just curious as to if its the one that is actually in the block. I am having issues with my oil filter relocator as it connects directly to the block piece.

Mmm ... I have an oil filter relocator and had to remove the stock part and replace with whatever part came in the kit. You might very well not have the stock part there anymore.
Does it look like you can remove it with a 30mm socket? or is it fully threaded?
The stock one you can remove by using the socket.
