im gonna go replace the cap later today and see if that solves it. seems like it has to be the cap though every time i drive the car i check it and it has come almost off on its own every time

picked up the cap for $23 at local honda dealership. reset my ecu and i'll give it a few days to make sure the p1456 code doesnt pop up again
