p1298 DTC
In the process of installing the PLX wideband - I ended up getting the cel codes:
P1298
P0135
P0141
I had assumed that it might have been something that I did wrong while indtalling the WBO2 - so I returned everything back to stock( stock o2). I still have the cel. P1298 is a circuit overload so I assume i have a short somwhere in the system. Anyone else have this problem? I did a search and read that someone had a blown ASC fuse which I did check. Since I don't always have access to a scanner - can someone tell me where the clip is that I can short the connector with a paperclip and get the blink code?
I also have the comptech ESM wired up - do you think that the ESM could throw that code if I was messing with the harness while wiring up the WBO2? I had installed the comptech S/C and it ran perfectly without any cels. I've gotten so frustrated that I was going to pull the S/C off and return the car back to stock. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RAy
